Have trouble falling asleep at night?

Try a soothing, delicious drink before bedtime, like tumeric milk. Tumeric milk, "golden milk," is super soothing and gives your body a signal that it's time to wind down at the end of the night.


Tumeric milk promotes more restful sleep and contains the following benefits:

  • Immune boosting antioxidants which can help illness and infection.

  • Anit-inflammatory properties that can ease joint pain and stiffness.

  • Curcumin, the actve compound in tumeric, has been linked to improved brain function and heart health.

  • Tumeric milk aids in digestion, calms nausea and improves overall gut health.

Ingredients for Tumeric milk:

  • 1 cup of unsweetend almond or coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon of organic pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground giner

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground tumeric

Combine the milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, tumeric, & ginger into a saucepan. You can also add a teaspoon of almond butter, but be sure to whisk briskly. Do not let boil.


Pour into a mug and enjoy!!
