Hydrogen Water presentation
Hello everyone - I recently watched a presentation from the Cancer Center for Healing (Dr. Connealy) about the benefits of hydrogen water and found it to be very compelling. Note that they do end up promoting a particular product in the webinar, but they also provide medical research to back up the claims. Update from me is that I swear I get a noticeable burst of energy after drinking this water (like right after drinking 10-20 ounces). I've been drinking it after dinner since I usually am super tired at that time and it has made my evenings more productive.
