🌟Ingredients:


🍞loaf of day-old sourdough bread, cubed


🌰1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped


🧅1 medium onion, diced


🧄3 cloves garlic, minced


🌱2 celery stalks, diced


🥕1 carrot, diced


🫕 1/2 cup vegetable broth (low sodium)


🫒2 tbsp olive oil


🪴1 tsp dried thyme


🌱tsp dried sage


✨1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)


🌟1/4 tsp black pepper


🌿Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


💫Instructions:


1. Prep the Bread: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the cubed sourdough bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.🍞
