I do an online class with a local Qigong instructor. What I love about her class is that she mixes in some stretching, tapping and meditation in addition to the Qigong. She asks for a $10 Zelle or Venmo payment for the class fee.
I practice fire dragon qigong (I learned from my teacher and would be happy to show you) and organ strengthening and detox by Francesco Garripoli ( he’s on utube). I love Mimi Kuo Deemer, Stephanie Nosco, and Lee Holden qigong … all in utube. They all have websites. Lee Holden has a video class prescription where you get new videos weekly.
