Learned Hopefulness

This book club is for anyone who wants to cultivate more hope and positivity, and alleviate low moods and even depression. If you have been diagnosed with cancer or another chronic disease you are likely to feel sad or even depressed at times. Learned Hopefullness offers powerful information and exercises grounded in evidence-based positive psychology to help you overcome sadness, depression, helplessness, and hopelessness.

This book aligns with the healing factors of Increasing Positive Emotions and Releasing Suppressed Emotions and is  helpful in using the power of positivity to help you overcome negativity, sadness, hopelessness, or depression.
