Community and connection is a key aspect of health and wellness. Gather together for our monthly gathering to enjoy the gifts and talents of our inspired community members, special guests, and the Health Navigators.

Our special guest for January is Sheila Glazov. She is the author of What Color Is Your Brain?®, which simplifies the complex nature of the four Brain Color Personalities. Sheila’s interactive and entertaining workshop offers proven and productive tips to help you:

1. Recognize your personality and appreciate others’ points of view

2. Keep your energy up and your stress down to foster more self-care

3. Communicate more effectively and resolve conflicts quickly

4. Minimize frustration and maximize cooperation

5. Decrease the hassles and increase the harmony in your personal and professional life

Sheila is an internationally known author, award-winning personality expert, professional speaker, and passionate educator. She has appeared on, and been interviewed by CNN, NBC, ABC, FOX, LIFETIME, and WGN TV and other  national and international TV and radio stations, magazines, and newspapers. Today’s Chicago Woman newspaper selected Sheila as one of “100 Women Making a Difference.”

Her innovative style has won Sheila praise for her What Color Is Your Brain?® methodology and books in conference rooms and classrooms in the U.S. and around the world.
