For May we will feature a session with Sharon Salzberg, Your Life is Your Canvas: What Do You Really Want?

  • Having more freedom by getting clear on what you really want for your life
  • Practical ways to start moving toward the bigger picture of what you envision for yourself
  • Getting around the narratives of what you've been taught to believe about yourself and your limitations
  • Taking time to explore the "feeling" you are trying to attain, and questions you can ask to expand your possibilities for getting there
  • Making your day and your encounters with others more reflective of your bigger vision

Sharon Salzberg is a meditation pioneer and industry leader, a world-renowned teacher, and bestselling author. As one of the first to bring meditation and mindfulness into mainstream American culture, her relatable, demystifying approach has inspired generations of meditation teachers and wellness influencers.
