In this three-day retreat, participants will learn how to turn off auto-pilot and begin to live an intentional life to support health and longevity. Our workshop follows a unique interactive format that encourages sharing and connection and being in the present moment with the best possible life you can design for yourself.
Topics covered will include:
- Shifting your mindset for a lifestyle change
- Setting safe boundaries
- Learning self-compassion & self-love
- Discovering meaning and purpose
- Accessing the wisdom within
- Learning to receive
Time for reflection and introspection will be built in as well as plenty of time to relax and reconnect with yourself and nature.
Harmony Hill is an 11.5-acre site which overlooks Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains in Union, Washington. Rustic lodges, charming sleeping rooms, and meeting spaces are surrounded by garden paths, walking and hiking trails, and a choice of three labyrinths. They are known for generous hospitality and nurturing staff, as well as delicious meals and a spectacular scenic location.
Masks are mandatory when in the Great Hall and all dining areas.
If flying, your best choice is Seattle/Tacoma Airport (SEA).
