Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety by balancing the chakra points. With the permission of its recipients, distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and at any time and is one of many ways to link to and channel this energy for it's healing benefit.
