About the Event

Register directly with Harmony Hill for your all inclusive workshop and retreat stay.

In this three-day retreat, participants will learn how lifestyle choices such as diet change, stress reduction, exercise, and meditation can boost the immune system in scientifically proven ways. This workshop follows a unique interactive format that encourages sharing and social support. For many, a Radical Remission Retreat is their first step in finding a like-minded, uplifting, healing community.

This retreat is based on the groundbreaking research in the book Radical Remission and Radical Hope by Kelly A. Turner, Ph.D., on the Healing Factors cancer patients utilize to overcome cancer against the odds. With the experienced guidance of Health Coaches Liz Curran & Karla Mans Giroux, you will learn how to apply these factors to your own life. During the retreat, you will create a personalized game plan to assist you in implementing the healing factors into your daily life when you return home.

The 10 Healing Factors are lifestyle changes that can be used safely in conjunction with any treatment plan to improve immune function so the body can heal itself.

The amazing culinary team of Harmony Hill will craft delicious meals that are plant-strong to allow for a physical reset and the opportunity to experience healthy eating.
