About the Event
Would you like to try the ancient healing art of QiGong? Join the Health Navigators and try it out with the community.
Come together for a special session with Dr. Kate. We will start with a brief welcome do a 45 minute practice and then coversation and Q&A to close out. This session will expose you to something you may not have yet tried, or allow you to practice in a community of like-minded people.
