We know from extensive research studies that physical activity is critical to our health and healing so we are adding some movement classes to our offerings. Please join us for a 6-week yoga program facilitated by Kristin Hayes

About the Event
Not only is yoga great for our bodies but it's also great for our mind and spirit too! Join us for this FREE introduction class, March 17. A 6-week session will begin on March 24.
Class structure will combine strategies from Subtle (slow) Yoga, Somatic Yoga and mudra and meditation practice, focusing on muscle and core strengthening, balance, focus, and functional mobility. Slow, mindful movements encourage improvements in circulation, mobility and flexibility, correct misalignment habits, release tensions and thought patterns in the body, while strengthening muscle and joints.
All levels are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. Activities may be modified and practiced either seated and/or lying down. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. A yoga mat and water to drink are necessary. It’s best not to eat a large meal at least 30 minutes prior to class unless medically necessary.
