About the Event

Join us for a fun hour of movement - fusing aspects of yoga with dancing and uplifting tunes. Serotonin, the feel-good hormone, is increased by dancing, which naturally aids in reducing stress - a vital component of a Radical Remission survivor's life. It doesn’t matter how good you are or how much energy you have, what matters is enjoying yourself. You can even join in from the comfort of your chair or bed if you so wish! And if you have a favourite song you like to dance to we can add this to the mix. So join our dance party and let's celebrate our bodies and the amazing things they do for us.

No prior experience is necessary - you can even join in from the comfort of your chair or bed if you so wish!
