About the Event

Register directly with OMEGA Teacher's Studio

In this 2-part Omega Teachers Studio event on Living Intentionally with a Diagnosis, you learn how to empower your own health and healing. Join the "Health Navigators", Karla and Liz, as they take you through experiential activities to explore behavior change, integrate self-compassion, manage personal boundaries, and increase your sense of purpose.

Part 1: Wednesday, March 8 Shifting your Mindset to Cultivate Self-Compassion

Empower your health and healing by shifting your mindset and learning to be kind to yourself. In this session, we explore limiting beliefs, how to rewrite and reprogram them, and how to instill positive beliefs. By creating a "best possible future" visualization, this session guides you to cultivate a deeper sense of self-compassion.

Part 2: Wednesday, March 15 Setting Safe Boundaries to Prioritize Your Life's Purpose

In this session, you explore your gifts and natural talents to create a purpose statement that will help you live with more intention. We then recognize and reflect on the boundaries, or lack of boundaries, set within yourself and others to achieve your personal goals. Together, we complete exercises and use practical tools to help even the most conflict-averse people learn how to set healthy and safe boundaries.

Join us for one or BOTH in the Omega Teacher's Studio live on Wednesdays March 8 and 15, 7:00-9:00 p.m. ET (4:00-6:00 p.m. PT). For registered participants, the March 8 workshop will be available on demand through May 8, and the March 15 workshop will be available through May 15.

This livestream workshop is for all people with a diagnosis of any kind and even those seeking to prevent a diagnosis.

This program will be facilitated by the Health Navigators: Liz Curran, and Karla Mans Giroux.
