Learning Circle: Zentangle

Community and connection is a key aspect of health and wellness. Gather together for our new Learning Circle events to learn from experts. Learning Circles are a safe place where people can address healing, fear, and all the emotions that arise, while learning and sharing with others.

The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It was created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas who say that “anything is possible, one stroke at a time”.

This event will be led by Sallee Lowery who has been practicing Zentangle® for over 7 years.  Sallee is not a Certified Zentangle Teacher, but would love to share her practice and lead you in creating your own Zentangle® inspired art, as well as finding its other benefits.  Many who regularly practice Zentangle® find they enjoy increased focus, creativity, self-confidence and an increased sense of well-being.

This is a donation based event. All proceeds will go to the Health Navigators Scholarship fund to ensure that everyone is able to attend our healing events regardless of finances.
