About the Event
Join Liz for a 4-week adventure into the world of journaling. During our time together, we will journal on topics inspired by Radical Remission survivors and the healing factors to gain perspective and emotional release, followed by sharing and discussion. In community, we can benefit deeply from hearing the stories of others as well as sharing our own.
Benefits of Journaling:
Consciousness - harness a mindful state that allows you to stay present while gaining perspective
Observation - regulate your emotions by sitting with them in a safe place, looking through the lens of curiosity
Clarity - organize your thoughts by getting them out of your head and down on to paper
Self Care - this practice is a healthy way to release suppressed emotions
Times: 9-10:00am PT / 10-11:00am MT /11-12:00pm CT / 12-1:00pm ET / 6-7:00pm CET (Central Europe Time)
