Intuitive Reiki Circle

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety by balancing the chakra points. With the permission of its recipients, distance reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time and is one of many ways to link to and channel this energy for it's healing benefit.

This reiki circle will be paired with gentle positions and poses to help you access your intuition using the wisdom from within your body. The seated poses are gentle, calming and safe for everyone. Whether you chose to hold any of these poses or lie down quietly, you can receive the healing benefits of the reiki session. 

Ths program will be facilitated by Reiki certified coaches, Kelley Giaramita and Liz Curran.
