Gifts of Imperfection Deep Dive

Now more than ever, we look for ways to “dig deep” and find truth and gratitude in our lives. A new way forward means we can’t hold on too tightly to our own self-defeating thoughts or the displaced pain in our world. Instead, we can embrace the imperfection.

In this virtual coaching group, we’ll dive deep into the book The Gifts of Imperfection, by Brene Brown.  In a world where insults, criticisms, and fears are spread too generously, join our group to cultivate feelings of self-worth, acceptance and love for ourselves. 

In addition to reading the book, the coaches will provide guidance along the way to dive deeper into the concepts of vulnerability, authenticity and worthiness and embrace self love, joy and the sense of belonging.

Dates: 6 consecutive Tuesdays, Feb 1 - March 8.

Cost: $180.
