About the Event

Join us for this special event to learn about sexuality and intimacy and the changes women experience after a diagnosis. Our special guest Carolynn Aristone, MSW, LCSW, CST will talk about how intimacy and sex change after a diagnosis and share with us what we can do to heal and find our way back to a healthy love life. How we can create a bridge between emotional and sexual connection, and how it helps to reinforce a sense of attachment and bonding. She believes that if we don’t acknowledge the grief after a diagnosis, then we aren't addressing the full picture. From her perspective, when we neglect the harder and the more painful conversation of the grief, we miss a lot.

Carolynn has been described as “compassionate, insightful, consummately trustworthy, and calming”, and we are thrilled to be able to share her with you. Find your most comfy, quiet location (a closet if you have to) and bring your journal and favorite beverage.

Date: Friday, February 26,

Time: 4:00-5:30pm Pacific / 6:00-7:30pm Central / 7:00-8:30pm Eastern.  For other time zones, use this conversion tool
