Festive and Fun

Community and connection is a key aspect of health and wellness. Gather together for our monthly gathering to enjoy the gifts and talents of the Health Navigators, guests, and our inspired community members. 

Our December gathering will be all about having fun as a community. Come to share what you love - your favorite beverage, snack, and healthy/healing product or modality. Plan to share with the community and learn about everyone else's favorites! If you can send a link to the recipe or product ahead of time we will compile them to be shared with everyone.

We will also do a Goddess card "pull" (useful for men too!) using Colette Baron-Reid's Goddess Power Oracle deck. Each participant will have a chance to select a card (via Karla) to support personal growth, manifesting desires, and alignment with purpose.
