You could add avocado toast or a tofu scramble! Eggs might be best as an occaisional thing but personally I try to keep them to a minimum.

I love the Blue Zones and need to start watching "Live to 100"...although I have been a fan for a number of years and have read the books and listened to audio programs, etc. I also like purple sweet potatoes but can't always find them at the store. Have you tried Murasaki sweet potatoes? I found these at Trader Joe's and love them!

Keep your "why" in your face! Write it down if you have to and post it everywhere. Ask yourself every morning - "why do I want to get out of bed"? Be gentle with yourself....you can have a day off. As long as you are doing something toward your "why" each week you are in good shape. When we realize we have gone too many days without getting off the hamster wheel of mundane activities we just need to go back to the "why"! Hope that helps!
