🌟Healthy Holiday Snack: Date Balls




Fuel your day with these delicious and nutritious date balls! Perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost!


🌻Ingredients:

- 1 cup pitted dates

- 1/2 cup raw almonds

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

- 1 scoop protein powder

- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut


🪻Instructions:

1. In a food processor, blend the dates, almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, and protein powder until well mixed.

2. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

3. Roll each ball in unsweetened coconut to coat.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
