BREAKFAST TIPS PLEASE

What to eat? My morning meal is often oatmeal with berries, banana, flax, chia and hemp hearts. Is there something more I should be adding? What else is everyone doing for morning meals? Are avocado egg omelettes ok ? Any suggestions welcomed 🙂

Hi Kari,


Your oatmeal is loaded with nutrients. Good job! That’s is what I have most days.You can add a little cinnamon which is great for inflammation.


I also occasionally eat a chia seed pudding for breakfast. I can post some recipes.


I don’t generally eat dairy. but if you are having eggs, adding the avocado is a great way to get your healthy fat. Avocado toast is another option.


You can also try some non-dairy yogurt with berries, flax, chia, hemps seeds & I like to sprinkle raw pumpkin seeds on top.
