Recipe
Take 1 big spoon of water kefir
add 1 liter water
ad 30 grams Cocos sugar
ad a flavour like 1 slice of citrus
add 2 starr anice
let this stand at room temperature for 2 days. The sugar is fermented now.
After 2 days, filtrate the fluid into a bottle. This is ready to drink
use the kefir on the sieve for a new batch.
