Try a soothing, delicious drink before bedtime, like tumeric milk. Tumeric milk, "golden milk," is super soothing and gives your body a signal that it's time to wind down at the end of the night.

Ingredients for Tumeric milk:
1 cup of unsweetend almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of organic pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of ground giner
1/4 teaspoon of ground tumeric
Combine the milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, tumeric, & ginger into a saucepan. You can also add a teaspoon of almond butter, but be sure to whisk briskly. Do not let boil.
Pour into a mug and enjoy!!
