According to ActionForHappiness.org, Resilience is a skill we can develop. Even when we can't change a difficult situation, we can still choose how to respond and try to make the best of it.
To develop the skill of resilience, I print out each month’s colorful, Happiness-calendar and post it on my refrigerator door, which is also a great way to engage the family on this journey of boosting resilience.
