About the Event

Working with a nutritionist can help those dealing with cancer, diabetes, autoimmune or heart disease…seems like common sense, but what tools and skills should we look for when considering nutrition counseling? How can we integrate nutrition advice into advice coming from other professionals on our team? Should we be taking supplements and herbs and if so, which ones? In this presentation we will discuss these questions as well as a tool that can identify nutritional deficiencies by analyzing common blood work.

Kimberly Kirschner is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and founder of the Willow Star Haven Charitable Foundation (https://willowstarhaven.org ). She earned a Master’s of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and has been awarded the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), an advanced clinical nutrition designation from the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists. She is a licensed Nutritionist in Florida, and

specializes in helping clients prevent/improve health issues associated with metabolic syndrome by improving their

lifestyle.

Kimberly earned a medical Fellowship in Integrative Oncology offered by the American Association of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She has also trained with Dr. Kelly Turner, author of “Radical Remission” and is a Certified Radical Remission Workshop Facilitator.
