Do you ever find yourself unable to say "no"? Does self-care feel selfish to you? Do you ever feel resentful of others because your needs aren't being considered? Cultivating self compassion is an integral step into creating safe boundaries. Without one, the other is difficult to achieve.
Through weekly discussion of pre-assigned readings, meditations and/or exercises, we will come together to develop tools to grow our practice of self compassion and to build strong, healthy boundaries to support our emotional, spiritual and physical health .
For this program to have its fullest impact, prior to our Fall programming, please consider reading the recommeded book - Setting Boundaries Will Set You Free by Nancy Levin.
